Yes. Swarv Studio is appointment only, so you book a set time and skip the queue. From the phone to the barber chair, no queues, no fuss. Booking online through Booksy is the quickest way to get a slot.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Swarv Studio is appointment only. Booking online guarantees your slot and means no waiting around.
Do I need an account to book?
No. and you never will. Book with just your name, email and phone number. Your booking details and a cancellation link are shown on screen as soon as you book.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Your slot is held for you the moment you book, so nobody else can take it. Errol then confirms each request personally, usually the same day.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
Use the cancellation link shown on your confirmation screen. one tap, no login. Save or screenshot it, as it is the only way to cancel online. To rearrange, cancel and book a new slot, or call us.
Can I still book through Booksy?
Yes. our Booksy listing stays live. Booking here on the site is the fastest way, but use whichever you prefer.
Should I bring a photo of the haircut I want?
Yes. A clear photo of the shape and length you want is the easiest way to get on the same page, especially on a first visit. Our advice guide on how to explain your haircut to a barber covers what else to mention.
Do haircut terms mean the same thing in every part of the country?
Not always. The names for cuts, fades and finishes can change from region to region, so if you have moved to Sheffield it helps to show a photo as well as name the style. That way you and the barber mean the same thing.
Which hair types do you cut?
All of them. Errol has over three decades of experience with Afro, Asian and European hair, so every cut is tailored to your hair texture and the style you want.
How do the referral rewards work?
Referral rewards are for everyone, not just students. Recommend Swarv Studio to anyone, and when they book their first appointment they add your name in the Booksy notes. Once their visit is complete, you both save on your next cut.
How can I pay?
Swarv Studio accepts cash and bank transfer only. Card and contactless are not accepted at the moment, so please come ready to pay by cash or bank transfer.
Where can I park?
The nearby car park is PayByPhone only. Please do not park unless you are paying for your stay through PayByPhone, and always check the car park signs before leaving your vehicle.
Where are you based?
Unit 8, 92 Harwood Street, Sheffield S2 4SE. directly opposite Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane stadium. The studio is inside a multi-unit building. look for Unit 8 and follow the entrance signage.
